Kuralon Yarn Production

The production of polyvinyl alcohol Kuralon Pozzi Electa yarns begins after careful choice of the raw material. The polyvinyl alcohol in staple we use is a synthetic fiber, characterized by a high solubility in water. Within our production facilities in Val Seriana, we submit polyvinyl alcohol to all stages of production, from carding to spinning, to create yarns that are very resistant to loom use but which at the same time remain very light after having dissolved the fiber. The production of Kuralon yarns in Polyvinylalcool by Pozzi Electa is designed for the highly sophisticated textile industry, especially in outer and technical clothing, as well as in household linen. Based on requests, we produce yarn with Polyvinylalcool both in staple and blended with other natural, synthetic, and artificial fibers. In this way, we can guarantee the best result in terms of fineness, length, dyeing, shine, and performance.
