Lyocell

The production of Pozzi Electa lyocell yarns begins with the research of the raw material. Lyocell is a fiber produced from the cellulose of trees such as eucalyptus, oak and birch. This is broken down and then reformed into fibers for spinning.

When the lyocell produced by Lenzing arrives in our production plants in Val Seriana, we transform it into a soft, fluid, smooth, shiny and precious yarn. We also use the A100 and LF variants to avoid the need for enzymatic treatments to decrease fibrillation. The main properties of these yarns are good breathability, high moisture absorption and excellent resistance and dimensional stability.

The production of Pozzi Electa lyocell yarns is at the service of the textile industry, in particular underwear and outerwear, sports and technical clothing, and furnishings. Based on requests, we carry out the production of lyocell yarns both with pure fiber and in blends with other natural and / or synthetic fibers. In this way, we achieve the best results in terms of fineness, length, dyeing, shine and performance.
